mag 9.5 and heat.

Would anyone know how much heat (degrees) a internal mag 9.5 would add to a system of 50 gals?

I do, I just installed mine in my 75g 3 weeks ago, about 1 ? degree .

+1 its hard to say cuz it will be diff for every 1 depends on how
humid ur place is among other stuff . But like tony said a ehiem 1262 is about the same gph + much quiter and almost no heat

Xanx3, I'm not an expert like most people here, but if you already have it, paid for it, well make the best out of it, I know I did, it's working fine all it needs is enough water above it. Oh btw replace the metal screws for Teflon ones. Happy reefing.

Ill look into the Eheim and will replace screws. I just realized I forgot that i have a Tunze 9410 on my skimmer also and forgot to ask if that would generate alot of heat also? Thank you.

I would tend to say that pump would be closer to 3~4 degrees in a smaller volume setup.
