Help with flow rate

I'm trying to determine the amount of total dynamic head pressure I will need to decide what pump to buy for my 125gallon, 6-foot glass tank with corner overflows.

Can anyone give me a recommendation as to what would be a good flow rate for this setup?

If you want to go by the 10x turnover rate that's fine... so if you add in the head... which would be the measurement of height that the water must travel through your plumbing to get to the tank... But a pump anywhere around 1200 gph would be enough, based on how simple your setup is... or go more if you plan on adding a manifold to power any other equipment.
