Change carbon in ro system

I replace all my cartdriges a month ago , ecept the ro membrane. I only make 10 gallons a week and my tds meter is reading 0.01. when I changed them it read 0.00 . I tested the tap water and it was 0.35 , will this exhaust a carbon block quickly?
