Fiberglass in a SW tank

I'm toying with the idea of making Fiberglass covers to hide some plumbing in my tank. I want to make them in random shapes and then get some GSP to grow onto them to hide them. Does anyone know if Fiberglass Resin (Polyester Resin), once cured, will be safe in a reef tank?

Most public aquarium use Polyester Resin to create "fake coral" reef structures. So it should be safe. I'm sure there are a couple of people here who specialize in it and would know which brand or type to use or not use.
