Help ID Critter in Sump

I was changing filter socks and I found this critter crawling on the outside of the sock. Is this an Amphipod? Seems kinda big to be a pod but what else could it be?

copods are the tiny ones and look very different.

I've got a bunch of the copepods all over the glass too. The size of that amphipod was surprising though. Appreciate the feedback guys!
