Recommendation on a quiet water return pump?

Does anyone have a recommendation on a quiet return pump? The mechanism that pumps water from my sump back into my display tank is VERY loud. :help:

What size tank and sump are you working with?

Thanks! Will look for one tomorrow. My sump is probably 15-20 gallons.

Any recommendations on how to make the drain into my sump quiet? There is a durso pipe in the overflow chamber. I was thinking of maybe attaching a flow control valve where the water enters my sump?
