chichlid stone in saltwater ?

I have 10G tank set up as a quarantine tank I have a Swiss basslet in there ,I just added a pygmy cherub and he has pushed the basslet out of the 2 PVC pieces I have in there ,kind of bullying him my, question is I have a what I think is a ceramic chichlid stone is that safe to put in the saltwater will it affect the water or fish in a negative way.

Yes you can safely put the cichlid stone into the tank.
If they continue to bully, you might want to consider adding a tank divider.

Thanks they seem to be getting along now ,i bought a few PVC fittings for them the next day.
