I'm Planning on turning my phosban reactor into a biopellet reactor. It'll be going on a fowlr. I'm hoping to reduce water changes considering the tank is in my classroom. It's a sumpless 120 w a smaller hang on skimmer. That's it.
Any advice or stories about biopellet a would be appreciated.
Would especially like to know about flow and anything else I'd have to do. Please don't reply to just do water changes or buy a bigger skimmer. I Want to keep costs low. Thanks

As long you start with little pellets in reactor and pellets are moving around. Than start adding a little more pellets every week. Once you got enough than just replace what gets dissolved. Just make sure the pellets don't stick together and they are always tumbling in reactor. You never removed or change the pellets just add as they will get dissolved .
