cycling question

Hello, I've finally set up my 265 gallon!! My question is all the live rock I kept from my 120 can it go right in I've had it soaking in a big tub for 2 months now plus somehow the chaeto that was in my old sump is still somehow very much alive looking can it hurt throwing that in too?

Ps- in not expecting the chaeto to do anything since I'm pretty sure it feeds off the end of cycle nutrients I just want to keep it there and put away the tub.

Use both. If the water the rocks are in is dirty or very cold rinsing the rocks will be a good idea.
