How big of a tank do you have? For aiptasia try a healthy copperband. In a month or 2 it wil start to eat them. I only suggest a copperband for you because you are a expierenced reefer. For asterina stars get a harlequin shrimp. For the manjanos the copperband may eat them but most likely not, you can try aiotasia X or Kalk paste. Don't take drastic measures. Put in the work for 2 months and see what happens. Before you so all the above, if it's the red flatworms get flatworm exit by salifert and take care of them first :)

You can follow above advice. Which is good. But most likely in two months your not be happy. If it was me I would tear it down . Learn from your mistake. Have a peace of mind knowing your doing it right. Make sure you kill all those pest. In long run you know you had do this.
