Target feeding/Turkey Baster

I don't have any fish yet. However, I have 4 peppermint shrimp and an emerald crab. The peppermints made quick work of all the aiptasia in the tank (1 night). Now Im worried about feeding them. Id like to give them some food, but I don't want to just drop food into an empty tank. They're hiding in the rocks. Anyone have a type of 'target feeder' that they recommend? Ive been looking online. Some ppl complain about the openings not being wide enough. And the basters in the food section of the stores are way too short.

You can always cut the tip on the feeders to make them wider, plus the feeders come in different length to suite the depth you need for your tank..
