After a couple years and now at a new place. I would like to try to get back into it. Anyone around the Queens & Nassau border, around New Hyde Park, that are doing a water change soon? I can use some of your water to seed my tank so I can spend less time cycling the tank. PM me please. Thank!

Why don?t you do a bacteria cycle
Redsea has a really good one for 20(something days)

Dont use water to cycle the tank you will just be adding nitrates and/or phosphates. As mentioned above use a good bacteria like Dr Tims or Fritz Zyme. If you really want to cycle fast they have one that is actually live bacteria and has to be overnighted.
