Return Pump recommendations

125 gallon tank, 30 gallon sump and 2- 1" drain lines. I have a return pump that came with a sump I purchased from Craigslist. Im not sure if the pump was originally used externally. It is (guesstimate) most likely a mag 10 - 13. However, it is metal and has no control features. I see a minor amount of rust where the screws are. I am wondering if this is sending metals into my system.

I would like to upgrade to a controllable pump. Perhaps some that can be controlled with an app on my phone. Would like some suggestions. Thanks

ps: not sure if Im willing to get something used. I haven't checked the marketplace yet. But I would like to know which ones are decent.
