My tank has finished cycling for months now and all my corals were doing good until one day I decided to scrub my live rock to get rid of all the hair algea that were on it and after all that was done my amonia has spiked to 1.0 ppm and I'm scared it might kill of my corals, which are'nt tolerant of amonia presents. please help
 I think I may have scrubbed off a good amount of bacteria

scrubing off bacteria (if it is possible at all) will not cause increase of ammonia. It is probably something that going to happen anyway, or something die (sponge, worms, etc.) when you pull the rock out for too long.

Make sure the skimmer is doing its job, and maybe some water change if it is not too inconvenient. Other that that, there is not much I can think off for you to help with the situation.

I agree, crank up the skimmer and do a water change

 SKKYY,
I agree with the protein skimmer idea. Depending on how big your tank is, you can look at purchasing something from the tang family or dwarf angel family which are reef safe. They will help keep the hair algae down and help keep your hands out of the tank.

Good Luck,
