I can't get IO locally. I can get Crystal Sea (mixed opinions) and Coralife (low in Magnesium from my research). Obviously I can get IO online, but is the additional S/H worth it over using a LFS?

Personally I don't like IO. It takes forever to mix correctly and every tank I've ever had water quality problems in was using IO. Was IO to blame? Probably not, but it's just a bit of a complex with me now. I had great luck with the last tank I ran with Coralife salt. ::shrug:: I know Coralife isn't supposed to be very good, but ::shrug::
I would not use MEI's Crystal Sea or Coralife. I usually use Instant Ocean or Reef Crystals, but would consider using Kent or Omega Sea if they were the only ones available.
