Long tentacle vanishes

He has been out of sight for about 4 to 5 days.
I've had him for about 4 weeks. He has been doing great. Eating well. Sometimes hiding. Today I decided to find him. He's nowhere to be found. There is only one culprit to suspect. It's the white purple tip anenome which is about twice his size. The LT was about 4" Dia. The white is about 7" dia. Is it possible that the white one ate him?Or maybe he died and the 2 peppermint shrimp and sally lightfoot devoured him at night? There is positively no other way out. He is gone. The white guy is sure looking healthy. As was he. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Thanks

I've got a LTA that got back behind my LR and I didn't find for a few days until one of my kids spotted it. I wouldn't call the funeral home just yet.

I agree. It is not unheard of for these guys to remain hiden for sometimes weeks at a time.
