Increasing Copepods

I am interested in adding a Mandarin goby and Red Scooter blenny into my tank. While I have some copepods running around, I do not think I have enough to support these fish. I am looking for any suggestions on how to jump start the copepod population (to be sustained in refugium). Thanks,
