What is the best way to minimize the noise created by the 20" drop in my overflow? It currently ounds like niagara falls. Is there something that could be placed in it to discipate the water so it just trickles through (i.e. filter pads, sponges) or would that do more harm than good? I need about 800 gph to pass through the 4"x6" internal overflow, so the media can't be too dense that it would restrict the flow too much.
