Frozen food question

For years I have kept Fresh water fish, and in doing so have accumulated many frozen foods (esp brine shrimp and Bloodworms). Is there any difference btweeen frozen food for fresh and saltwter fish?
Next time I thaw Bloodworms can I split the food between my ciclids and my reef fish?

Feels like a dumb question with an easy answer, but that is why it is in the new reefkeepers forum.

i know some people feed bloodworms to inverts but it isnt a natural food, but it is nutritious. i have never used it so i dont have personal experience. brine shrimp isnt nutritious and experts dont recommend feeding marine fish brine shrimp.

i like ocean nutrition foods for saltwater fish. i use formula one, forumula two, and prime reef frozen cubes to feed my tank. these kinds of food are designed for marine fish health using natural fresh seafood blended together.

Ocean Nutrition, SBB, Fish King, they are all good quality (preference to fish king) and all must obey the standards of food preparation. There really is no one better except maybe prettier packaging on some lol

Guess there is no harm in trying. It would only be everyonce in a while. Even if the fish don't like it, the crabs and brittle star might!
