Curing Live Rock

I have 30 lb of rock in my main tank and 15 lbs curing in a separate tank...do I just wait for the curing tank to cycle to know the rock is cured? How do I know when I can move the curing rock to my main tank?

Test for ammonia, nitrate, and nitrite every couple days. When all of those are 0 the cycle is over and its safe to add the rock to your main tank

bug - welcome aboard. What does 0926 have to do with anything?

I agree with meloco14, readings should be zero. Make sure you brush off any dying or dead stuff off the rock every few days. I would also recommend running a skimmer, if you aren't already.
