Smelly Brown Jelly on my torch coral.......

My torch coral has lost 3 out of 6 branches due to brown jelly disease It was a beauty,I bought some iodine dip today but the damage has already been done,it came on fast and strong and before i knew it the little fellow was all smelly and full of brown jelly,if anyone has any information on any other remedies or ways i can help it out please let me know.I read about vitamin C treatment?? what form of C and where do i get some?

I prefer to frag the branches unaffected and then separate either into separate tanks or oposite ends.

Was it healthy before? Feeding it properly? What were the syptoms prior to the brown jelly (probably not the disease fwiw)

I dipped the coral 2 times yesterday,It looks like I lost 4 out of the 6 branches,the other 2 are still expelling some mucas?but they seem like they are hanging on,there were no signs of any problem with this torch before the sudden disenegration and brown slime that wiped out the other branches,any other input would be great! Thanks.

Yes I was feeding and yes it was very healthy.no warning signs,then bam lights out!as of tonight the rest of the colony is on its way out..............
