Looks like some macro growth and possibly the beginnings of some green hair algae. You've got some coralline on there too. Pretty normal stuff - looks good to me...:)

I see a few bubble algae, and some macro... the macros can become pesty... keep an eye on it and if it seem to get out of hand, you may need to remove it...

Yup - it's sortof a double-edged sword when you see all that stuff come in on the rock IMO. On one hand it's probably good because chances are a lot of other (good) stuff has survived too. As mentioned above though, some of those macros can become a headache to get rid of later-on...
