There has been a swoleen eye on my allen damsel for the last 2 days. It looks like it is a bubble or the eye is pushed out. It is not raelly change in behavior that much he still eats like a pig but I do not no what it is or what I can do to help him. This does not appear in any of my reference books but I must admit I do not have any fish dissize reference books. Can anyone help me with a diagnosis and/or treatment. I have another allen and one duskey jaw also that show no signs of this.
Help please.

Often when we see a single eye exhibiting signs we ascribe it to injury. If you have a quarantine tank I'd suggest removing him to it, injury or not. In there you can try treating with Epsom salt, try searching here or on wetwebmedia.com for ratios (I think it's 1 tablespoon/gallon, but don't hold me to that). I also think that Steven Pro may have something written on the use of Epsom salt for such troubles.
