One more thing: If you're totally new to saltwater, buy a copy of John Tullock's "Your First Saltwater Aquarium." Under $10.00, and well worth the price.

There's an extensive section on curing in The Natural Marine Aquarium-Reef Invertebrates, by Fenner & Calfo. Also, I've ended up writing rather extensively on how to cure fresh rock through the wetwebmedia FAQs, just check out http://www.wetwebmedia.com and search "cure/curing live rock".

I do love the Fenner/Calfo "Reef Invertebrates," but you can't beat Tullock's $6.99 book. I'm sure you have a wonderful section on curing live rock at wetwebmedia (btw, excellent info there), but you don't have the cute little cartoon of a too large fish in a too small tank!
