Need suggestions for upgrading from PC to MH on 46gal BF

Hi all,
I need your input - I currently have 220watts of PC over my 46 gallon bowfront tank. I want to start keeping clams and other light hungry creatures. Do yall have any suggestions for a MH w/ PC lights for this type of tank :?:
By the way - the tank is 3ft long.

There are good pendants from Sunlight Supply and Aqualine Bushke that I highly recommend if you can go open top. Do you have a canopy right now, and how tall is it if you do?

I dont have a canopy, the 2 fixtures I have just happen to fit almost perfect on the top of then tank.
