Rock on Glass

Is it okay or a no-no for Live Rock to be touching the back glass of my tank? I'm trying to stack rocks as close to back glass as possible to maximize usage of space.

I think almost everyone lets their rock touch the back. The only potential problem I can see would be scratching the glass, which won't matter cause it's covered by live rock!

Dont worry about that just pile it up so that it is sturdy. It really wont scratch the glass that bad if its steady and you wont ever see it anyway. I try to put a gap between the sides and the rock that way I can clean the side glass.
