O Ortho Bill Active Reefer Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Apr 5, 2004 #1 Set up my new AquaC Remora skimmer this w/e. I sunk my Maxijet 1200 pump approx 8"-10" to hide behind my liverock. I'm thinking that may not have been a good idea now. Will this negatively impact the efficency of the skimmer? Thanks.

A Anonymous Guest Rating - 0% 0 0 0 Apr 7, 2004 #3 I actually contacted Jason at Aqua C about this very thing I wanted to drop my pump on my Remora Pro a lot lower, he said it would be fine. I also put a disconnect in the line, he said that would be fine also hth Bryan
