Refugium lighting question

Im going to do a project this weekend.
Right now I have a 20h sump and would like to replace that with a 30 long
sump/fuge.
I would like to know if n/o lighting would surfice for my project (keep in mind that the fuge would be half of the 30 long and the other half would be the skimmer and return pump.)
Also I know that I wont have any success with pods going into the display tank because of the return pump but thats ok with me.



So any input would be great

Should be fine. I use the compact fluorescent deals you can get at home depot or cosco.
And you may be surprised at the number of pods that make it to the display tank!
