Hi I'm new and I have anemones, can anybody help me id them?

can anybody tell me what kind of anemones these are? are they reef safe? thanks in advance

These are likely Rock Flower Anemones (Epicystis sp.) from the Atlantic. These are not hosting anemones, so do not attempt clowns with them. They are reef safe for the most part, but will sting their neighbors and could eat fish if some accidently swim too close (most anemones can, actually). If you plan on a full blown reef with many varieties of corals and fish, I suggest you give this back to your local fish store .... just to err on the side of caution.

I had one until it decided to meander around. I was afraid of him stinging my corals, so he ended up in a good home
