I've got an aquamedic bioflotor skimmer, the hang on type, and when I set the air adjuste to let in air, the cup just collects water and fills after a minute. Ive taken it apart and serviced it twice and can find no obvious reason, any ideas?
Never used a aquamedic skimmer, but there are typically a few things to adjust for situation like these:
1. Adjust the skimmate collection cup to the highest position
2. Throttle back on the pump
3. Increase the air going into the skimmer
4. Reduce the water level in the skimmer by opening the skimmer outlet to the fullest.
