As stated in your other post, the top one is aiptasia. Inject it with some kalk, lemon juice, boiling water..whatever. Doesn't hurt to boil the lemon juice or kalk slurry too so it'll pack an even better punch.
The bottom pic looks to be some type of hair/filamentous algae. Your tank is new, amd as you mentioned you're using tap water, so it's going to suffer through algae blooms. Once you've finished cycling add some turbo snails and they should take care of it for you.
