I currently tore down my reef tank to move. I had to store live rock in A 26 gallon garbadge can. Now the temp did get to be very low,55 to 60 deg.The sand bed was stored in buckets and kept moist. After inital set up the tank cleared up nicley in about a day. Amonia was off the charts. For about A week. Now it is at zero along with nitrite, and has remained that way for about A week. Now there is nothing in the tank except the live rock. It is getting covered in brown alge along with the sand bed. Also bubbles are coming up from the sand bed as well. Is it ready for live stock, want to add some fish, what is recomended, was thinking a Kole tang possably some clowns, clean up crew any advice would be appreciated. :)

I prefer to not start stocking with fish for at least a few weeks (actually I usually wait at least a month), regardless of test kit readings. It gives things a chance to stabilize and allows the pod population to get established (or re-established in your case). IMO you're OK to try adding some clean-up critters (start slow) now but I would hold-off for a couple more weeks on the fish. JMO of course.
