Black spots on my cleaner shrimp

I was wondering if anyone would know what the black spots on my skunk cleaner shrimp are? He molted a week ago and I noticed these black patches on his back and a couple small little spots on his sides and tail. He has been trying to scratch it off but cant reach it. He seems to be eating well and is still very active but I think this may be a start to somthing bad> I have only had him a couple weeks but he seems very comfortable and tries to clean my arm when i put it in the tank and eats pellets out of my hand. Water checked out good and all other critters seem to be fine.

Mine gets those occasionally, I've not seen any effect on the shrimp from them. I've had him for over a year now.

Thanks for the reply seen somwhere a disease that shrimp die after getting black spots but i was hoping this was not what he had seems to be afecting comercial shrimp producers in places like texas.
