Gluing hard corals is pretty easy. Just use a dab of superglue gel let it cure for a minute and then push the glue against whatever you want to glue the coral to. You can also keep the coral in place with underwater epoxy.

What kind of corals are you interested in gluing?

How are you trying to glue them? With the epoxy putty stuff or superglue?

I use the former. I have found you can't depend on the epoxy to hold the frags in place the way you might normally thing about gluing things. The frag needs to kind of wedged into a hole or crack in the rock, and the epoxy fills in around it and helps hold it there securely.

You cant really glue mushrooms, they slime up and separate themselves from the glue. You can let the mushroom settle onto some rubble in a tray or cup in a low flow area of the aquarium, or you can use some bridal veil wrapped around some rubble with the shroom inside and held with a rubber-band until the shroom attaches to the rubble.

There are other methods. Anthony Calfo's book on coral propagation is a great resource and if you don't already have it, I would get it! :D

You can also take some thin fishing line and a needle and pierce the mushroom with the fishing line, then tie it to the rock. I have seen that method work well for shrooms often.
