Pico Reef 6 gallon Nano Cube by JBJ SKIMMERS.....

I have had this tank up for about 8 months, no major issues...just huge bursts of hair algae. 2 turbo grazers help, but usually eat my live rock bare, and each month it starts over again. I have seen nano skimmers, but nothing that is compatible with my tank. Is there something out there that may work????

hey I am not that good with nanos since i never had one running, not sure what your problem is and why you can't find something compatable to use.

but there is a nano forum and maybe somebody in there would be better to help you out!!!

Its not that i am not aware of nano skimmers its that i have not found one that is size compatible with a 6 gal nano cube, anyone out there who has one and is using a skimmer can you pass on the info to me???

pipe a 10 gallon tank to it. make a sump, hidden somewhere if you like. then plop whatever skimmer you want in it and ...done. :wink:
