I have a 125g tank and a 20g fuge that I started growing green Bubble macro algae in and I am not sure if that is the cause of the problem. So heres some pics of my Display and the macro in my Fuge

If you do a search here you'll find many many threads on algae, and how to deal with it.

Basically, excess algae comes from excess nutrients in the water. Too much fuel (nutrients) + light = unwanted algae. More info from you would be helpful to steer any discussion, i.e. type of system, bioload, etc.

Just a thought about the same time I started to add coral to my tank I added a fuge to the system and macro and also started adding phyto, maybe i'm feeding too much? I feed daily and a little more or less that what the directions on the bottle say. I've had saltwater for a couple years but just started with the reef about 6 months ago.

:D I'd cut down on the feeding and see if that helps. As I said, if you search here there are tons of threads on the why's of excess algae, its such a common problem.
