The product Cycle

I've always been using this product on my reef on a weekly basis but I haven't used for a while and it doesn't seem to have made a difference in anything really. My question is...does this product help with anything that isn't very noticeable or is it just a waste of money? Please bring on the feedback, thank you

Its only useful when starting the tank to speed the cycle up. Other then that, its a waste of money to continue using it IMO. You'll already have bacteria and it'll continue to grow as needed after the initial cycle

Right now I have Seachems stability. I throw a capful in every so often or when I clean my filters or move stuff around my tank. I switch up what I use to change the strain if bacteria, add a little diversity. I am not really sure if it does anything. I can very well be wasting my money. I figure if the product is what it claims these will be good times to use it.

I also pick up macro and rock rubble on occasions to add some bacteria and other organisms.
