Clear Water

I have a 90 gallon fowlr. When I do a water change my water is not clear for 2 weeks. I change the water every 4 weeks. I hava a skimmer and a fikter sock.

What percentage of water are you changing and how often do you change/clean the filter sock?

What kind of salt are you using? Are u mixing salt slowly and airating

I change about 35 gallons every 4 weeks and i use
red sea coral pro salt

Adding carbon will help and possibly a UV.

Where are you mixing the water? Where are you getting the water?

what about adding a bottle of cycle?

I think to really help you, we need to know the source of your water, how long your tank has been up and running, what's in your tank now and maybe how you're adding the water. Can you tell us more about your tank and exactly how you prepare the water you are adding?

I think.... you are just stirring the sand bed up.

I have an ro filters that have been changed recently. I mix the salt in a bins with areatorsa nd heaters. Tank has been running for 1.5 years. I have a hippo a yellow tang a tomato clown and a niger trigger. I cahnges 35% of water last week and the haze started. I also syphoned the sand.

What do you think of adding a uv light?

Shouldn't do much. You said you siphoned the sand. What kind of sand is it. Because if it's ultra fine or something it'll kick up quickly.
