need help with my new setup

I just setup a 75 gallon drilled tank with a stand pipe ect. i have 100 pounds live rock 2 inch bed of crushed coral and a wet dry system.
the line going to the sump has air in it and its making a gurgiling noise how do i rectify this problem?
all the plumbing is 3/4 and i have a 500 gph pump.

stand pipe will always suck air and gurgle...you will need a durso pipe to correct it (quiet it)...I think a bigger problem will be a wet/dry system, are you running it that way or as a sump?

i forgot to put a durso pipe in so what i did was drill a hole in the elbow and put in a pen covering.and crazy glued it..worked well id say
