3 gallon Pico

Hi again manhattan reefs. I am thinking about getting a 3 gallon pico reef for my dorm room to accompany my 12 gallon aquapod here in Wisconsin. I am thinking about getting the JBJ pico that comes with some simple HOB filter and a simple 9 watt 50/50 light. Can an LPS be kept in this tank? Such as an acan, frogspawn or torch? I am thinking about stocking it with one simple fish, like a neon goby or clown goby. Maybe something a little bigger if I decide to be bold. I plan on ordering it tomorrow so progress pics will be up soon

They should all be fine as long u dose cal.and house a small fish so u keep nitrate down
