question about metal halide fixture 20"

does anyone know what a good price would be to pay for a

USED 20" sunpod 150watt metal halide system for my aquapod ?



i know someone selling a fixture, fully working in mint condition
(4 month old on the bulb) and i dont want to pass it up.

yea he its in mint condition..and said all of the moonlights are perfect and the bulb is around 4months of use.

to be honest, i really want just t5's for my pod but cant find a set for around that price so i figured id just jump on this and if push comes to shove find someone with the t5 nova extremes and trade them.


little worried about the heat from the halides, tank is in a small room, with no chiller and the room is hot to begin with lol

how big is the nano? you might have a problem with the heat, but that is a good price...

24 gallon aquapod

Heating is def going to be an issue...

so far i figured ill set up one of those aquarium clip on fans

- on the rear of the tank facing forward hitting the top of the water for the 8 hrs i run the light.


does anyone have any suggestions where i could find a fan like this?
