Ok now I know some worms are good and some are bad. So here we go dont know what type of worm it is but is mostly grey with some brownish reddish on each end and has 2-4 inch almost like brown pieces of hair coming off them. Kinda looks like a little girls hair got in the tank and settled on the rock. Got one of them out but cant get a good pic- so heres the crappy pic

Anyone know what it is and more so if good or bad?- you can see the hair like stuff goes all the way to the right corner of the net.

Thanks for the responses everyone- have verified- spaghetti worms- all the pics I see look like these- there are no bristles on the body at all and the rest of the guys are in the rocks to where all you see are the strands goin across the rock or from rock to substrate and when I was diggin this guy out of the sand reight before I grabbed him up his hairs-strands whatever you wanna call them were movin all over the place like he was feelin his way to the rock. He only appeared after rescaping(for the umteenth time). They were always in the rock and I didnt know what they were had no idea they were even worms till now. So at least I know through everyones help that they are indeed ok for the tank--- thanks again..Jimmy
