Question about lighting

I am currently cycling my tank and am looking into lighting systems while i do it, i came across a few on ebay and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them or if there even worth the money.

Any feedback on these would be great or any feedback on something similar that might be better would help too, it is a 55gal tank

The t5 light is a "good deal," but I'd want to know the brand and manufacturer. You'll most likely need to replace the bulbs with a quality brand like ATI or Geissman.
