Vortech mp40 Placement

I have a 120g 48x24x24 and just got a vortech mp40 i am having trouble with the placement i have tried a few diffrent spots any one have a spot that really worked great please let me know

I placed it about 6" from the top and about 8" from the front. had great flow but I have since purchased a new one for the other side because the flow was only in one direction and I felt it needed to be more random.

I dont have a 40 but I have a 20 and a 10- i put the 20 the same as scorpion 5-6 inches from the top 6-8 inches back from the front on the right side- then I put the 10 on the back wall about the same level from the top as the 20 and about 10 inches give or take from the right side. I keep them on reef crest about 3/4 of the way up and it gives good multi directional flow.
