Splitting ricordea

One of the ricordea I bought at the swap is splitting on me.....I'm not exactly sure how to deal with it....
It is falling off the face of one of my rocks.....has not had time to attach itself....Should I wait for it to separate completely.... Can i just glue it to a plug.... My first adventures in glueing and attaching frags wasn't so successful.....what is the best way to go about this?......I assume I won't be using the toothpick method here....any help would be appreciated??

I've had success, letting rics attach to small rubble/crushed coral...once attached, glue the rubble to the frag plug. Loose rics can be placed in small container (in tank) with rubble on container bottom.

I keep a bucket of rubble around and would just put a piece next to the ric.

It should grow on to the rubble and attach on it's own.

Shells are good to. You can smash or cut a piece that is thin place it next to the ric. When it attaches glue the shell somewhere.
