Need an ipinion w/saltwater tank?

I a 40 gallon breeder saltwater tank, with fish, live sand, live rock, My question is, is it normal that every other day about 1 gallon of water is gone from the tank, I looked around the tank I don't see any leaks, I don't see any water coming out from my protein skimmer,,, is that normal, or could be a leak that I don't see?

It's water evaporating. Make sure you replace with freshwater, not with saltwater.

dont worry, happens to everyones tank. 1 gallon is not bad, my buddies 150 goes through 5 gallons in 1-2 days...
