Is this GHA and another ID

Hey guys. I am in the 3rd week of my cycle, and am wondering if this is green hair algae. It looks like my rock work has a lawn that needs to be mowed. my lights have been off for the last week to combat a some cyano, but these haven't changed a all. The overall color is green, but some rocks just have white hairs on them. Here are some pics.

Here is another rock with some clear/whitish looking things on my rock. It is in the center of the pic. It kinda reminds me of the body of an anemone, but it is flat. Was thinking they may be sponges?
