reactor/h.o.b fuge

hi all i have a question and wanted some feedback i have a 28 nano currently runnin for 7 months without a reactor nor fuge and was considering settin that up my concerns arewould me settin both up simultanously effect my corals or fish and what brands do u suggest any input would b appreciated
