micro bubbles

I've noticed that when I look closely at my aquarium I always have some micro bubbles. Is there anything I can do? Is this normal? What causes the micro bubbles?

What kind of set-up do you have? sump? skimmer? Could it be loose pvc tubing letting air in? microbubbles from the skimmer getting sucked up into your return pump maybe?

I am sure someone better versed will chime in, but those are the first couple of things that come to my mind.

If you have a skimmer try turning it off for an hour. If they clear up then you will know.

Got a 28 Nano...when the water level gets a little low the return pumps pull some air in and creates small bubbles in the DT. Looks like cloudy water...make sure you got ample space between the water line and return pump intake.

Did you take out that skimmer you had in their? If so your water level might have dropped.
