Restarting a tank

So I bought a tank from another member a couple months back expecting to move and set it up in my new place. Well, my condo got delayed, so the tank has been sitting. It's a RR 120g. It had very nice coralline on the back of the aquarium and the overflow. Should I remove this before restarting the tank or can I leave it? Any info would be much appreciated.

I let a solana sit for about a week and the coraline turned white

Interesting it is still purple. It is sitting empty. Still looks the same as the day it arrive....thanks to Jim from Saltwater Critters!

It could have been because I moved the sand bed alot

I'd remove it (white vinegar). It should be dead by now, you don't want it to turn white after you set it up

I would it really affect the tank if it's white?
